Facebook – Barn Buddy

31

May

At least now I have another reason to be on my facebook. Alex always complain that I spend more time on facebook, rather than on him*ahem* or on my blog.

Maybe its kind of “Kepo” spirit that makes me wanna know what’s the update among my friends. Ok, that’s part of the kepo-chi..

Other than the status update thingy, I never try to explore or utilize the other add on applications, not until I found this game! Barn Buddy.

This is my Farm. I’m growing to Level 2. WTH! I dunno why, I’m still ranking at number 4 among my friends.

There’s  ranking list at the right panel. Always at the top1: Tony Liaw continue with Florence and Sil.

The fun part of this game, if you are envy with someone, you can go steal their harvest. Wakakaka!

But I can’t attack Florence anymore.
She got a Watch Dog recently.I guess she successfully recruited 10 friends to play this game.

%@$@$@$@ Was bitten by his dog , and lost 5 coins. Wuwuwu…

I can be kind hearted as well. When their farm is full of weeds, I can use my weed spray to save their plants. See.. I’m so good!

.
Back to my farm, I’m going to Level up soon after all my eggplants grow. Hehehe. I do wonder, how does it look like when it can be expanded. Will it be something like Harvest Moon?

I simply like this game, its not time consuming, its just as easy as u check your facebook updates. Quick quick go join the game and steal my plants before I got myself a watch dog. Kekeke.. Never say its childish, cos kids don’t like facebook! :)

Let me intro you to my farm ; click the below link :)

UK Fun Fair

30

May

The school holiday has just begun. I can see many people balik kampung, and some are going vacations. Oh My! I’m going to have my vacation  next week too. Kekeke. Btw,  Selamat Hari Gawai for those who are celebrating. Minum Tuak manyak manyak okeh!?

So how would you spend this long weekend? Going out for a short trip or become a stay home babe, watching tv and reading blogs? As for the kids in Miri, I can feel that they are full of joy. That’s because the UK fun fair is here again. But it might be a headache for the parents cos its gonna burn their pocket soon!

Venue: Boulevard Carpark, MIRI
Entrance Fee: RM 2  (Free for kids below 3 years old)

My niece came and tell me, she want to go for the Merry Go Round. Kids nowadays.. 7 years old already know to request this and that.

I snap this picture from the entrance, it’s not I don’t want to be pay RM2, but I guess non of my friends would like to go there. Ahem, we are too old to play this.  I hope this is not the truth.  Haha.

If you have nothing much to do this holiday, then maybe should go and have some fun!
Happy Holiday! Selamat Hari Gawai! :)

Dumping or Dumpling Festival?

28

May

Am I too late to  greet everyone “Happy Duan Wu Jie” - the rice dumpling festival. Its just another ordinary day for me.  My parents went to Africa, so I bet they don’t even remember today is a festival.

img_9916

Rice Dumpling – contains of pork, mushroom and peanuts.

I’ve been reminded by Alex that his mom is making rice dumplings few days ago. I was like so envy.. cos my mom had never made me a rice dumpling before. Ahak! Complaining. Heheh…

img_8609

And since today, I was dump alone, the cardio class was canceled without any notification, so I went home and pass by a roadside stall. It’s been quite sometime since my last visit to this Aunty. I can feel that she’s in good mood today cos she even greeted me “lao ban niang”. Waiseh…  So I must buy more from her so that she can go home earlier to celebrate the “duan wu jie” festival.

img_9905
She’s there making some “chee cheong fan”, I got it since its still hot. I’m sure it taste good!!

img_9908
It comes with some sweet sauce, ok, don’t judge from the outlook, it taste good actually!

img_9912
Aunty ask me if I want any dessert.

This purple colour soup is actually “Bubur Chacha”.  Consists of  Yam, Sago and Tapioca. Slrrrp!

img_9926

Last, and of course my dumpling meal, to celebrate my dumping- alone-at-home-festival.

Total cost : RM5.70;)

That’s how I celebrate my dumpling festival. How about you?

Omg! The bread is full of mold!

28

May

Have you ever seen this kind of bread? A bread that is fully covered by the fungus. Its awful.

It frequent happened at my house as most of my family members do not like to eat bread except me. So now you got the idea why I can keep myself so fit! Hahaha.

Wait a minute, how come my bread is “Black” in colour? Is that because I kept the bread too long, until it was fully covered by fungus like the above , only then I eat?

You look at this, gross!! Yuck!!
I must be kidding, it looks so ugly, disgusting, gross from the outlook, you still dare to eat? You still have the appetite to eat?

Seriously, Yes I do!
I spread on with some butter and milk, and that makes up my breadfast!

*See the fat girl is eating bread again! Duh!
There must be some good reason behind it. :)   This is not a normal loaf of bread.

This is a Bamboo Charcoal Bread. A healthy product. Very popular in Japan, Korea,  Taiwan and some say Singapore. It has been out in the market for quite sometime but only now I learn about this. I think I’m way too “out” huh?!

Helps to remove waste, strengthens bowel movement and digestion of food and promotes health liveliness.

True boh?

I feel lucky that I stay in Miri, at least I know at some places they sell half loaf of Bamboo Charcoal Bread for RM4.50 and I got the full loaf here in Miri for only RM3.60. ;) But you know la, nowadays, as long as you put the word Healthy, they can slightly increase the price as they like, and there are also consumers like me who willing to pay for it. Hmm.. everyone so health concern huh??!

It taste even great with my favorite Milo!
If you are new to this, do give it a try too.
Never judge something from it’s outlook!

How do you define Photogenic?

16

May

This is the official meet of Emilda and me. Supposedly we planned to go MIJF, but mission failed so we ended up in Siamese Secret.

We just ordered some finger food as it was quite late.

Siamese Specialties Pizza

and  French Fries.

My dSlr was with me. So I get the chance and snapped some portraits of  Emilda and bf. Ahem, make you more suspense.. read through the blog then you’ll know who is the bf. Kekeke.

This is Emilda. When I see from my camera screen, I said, “wow you look  great through the lens”.

Of course, cos I’m photogenic.

I agree with her. She looks physically attractive and she’s confidence with herself that really gives credits to her.

Her natural looks, plus her sweet smile that makes her looks even great and sexy!

Slrrrp! Sorry Emilda, I’m a bit horny here. Hahaha.

So who is the lucky fella who win this pretty’s heart?

This is Bongkersz… who keep on saying he looks fat from the lens.

He is so busy craving pizza! Huh!

But I think he looks fine. Don’t worry, the power of liquify is always good!

For me, the most important factors to be a photogenic are from the eyes and the smile.
So what how do you define a photogenic?

Gold Coast – Movie World – I’m just 3 years old!

15

May

At my first thought,  Movie World must be very fun! It is highly recommended over the net.  However. the weather shows a sign that the visit to Movie world’s gonna sucks. Big thunder rain was following us the whole day!

I’m not a big fans of Bugs Bunny or any of the looney toons character. Maybe I just don’t have much of my childhood time, so I can’t walk back to the memory lane.

But since we were there. I will try my best to entertain myself. Enjoying the looney toons show~ although I’m no longer 3 years old ley!

That was just part of the show. We did enjoy ourselves watching the 4D show.

It’s the Shrek! Quite entertaining, feeling that you are really into the Shrek Movie.
But again, I think kids will be more excited, isn’t it?

This is really a wonderland for kids, but not for me, until I have my own kids, maybe I’ll consider it again.

I know some of you might ask, what about the theme park? All those adventurous roller coaster’s ride? The most popular ride at the movie world might be this, the Superman Escape!

Sorry la hor, I don’t dare to try, I have height phobia, I just don’t have guts. Satisfied??

There’s really nothing much left if I don’t like looney toons, and I don’t dare to go for Roller Coaster ride.

What else to do if this I don’t like that I don’t dare? Take picture lo! There are scheduled shows in every hour.

Scooby-doo show..

An imitate Marilyn show

She looks gorgeous anyway..quite bitchy tho..

and the Batman show.. Oh ya. I did snap the Batman’s car!

It’s the real one oh!!! It was located at the Gotham City … of Movie World. :p

Some candid camera before we catch the bus back to Surfer’s paradise.

Me and the antique taxi

A potrait for yen.

I know I missed out someone again. Eet was damn mood swing that day, sorry no photograph of him is allowed.

Will you come again? The asnwer is…

NO~!!!!!!!!!!! No! no! no!!!!
Honest speaking, if you love the roller coaster’s game, it is worth for a try. At least the superman will carry you flying around.

Coming up next, Sea World. Gold Coast. :)

I was in Sibu for a few days, and thinking of meeting up with the rest of Sibu bloggers. Ever since HuaiBin left to KL, they don’t have much activities.

Sigh, where are the rest of Sibu Bloggers?

This is Will Chua, who is now station in Sibu. Thanks to him, at least we do have a coordinator to arrange a meet most of the time. Thank you William :)

I could only contacted a few of them, as most of the other bloggers I’m not too close, hence, in my list, I only got suituapui, beng beng, will chua and victor kiu. Of course, Alex and I also Sibu bloggers ma. Hehe. Sorry if I missed out any of you..
Here come BengBeng bringing out his dSLR. He looks pro eh.. as usual when Beng Beng turns out, laughter is everywhere..

Suituapui said he was fighting a flu. So we excused him for this gathering. STP, next time must belanja me chendol, ok?

Talk about Chendol, the weather in Sibu is freaking hot. All in my mind is Ice, Ice, Ice!!! That is why I plan to go Taman Muhibbah for the Mix Fruit Ice!!!

Supposedly I planned to go The Ark, but thinking that it might be quite far, and I couldn’t taste all the best local delicacies, I ended up choosing Taman Muhibbah.

Cheap and Nice! YumYum! Temptations!!!!

We have substitute for Bintangor’s rojak, RM 5 per plate, not bad also.

The twin tower’s Kompia. It is filled with Pork Belly. Fat!!

Fried Clams… Alex’s favorite, also my favorite la!

Eh, did I miss out someone? Oh ya, its Victor. Cannot blame me, he has been so quiet, and idle in the blog for quite sometime. Come back Victor!!!! Fan lei ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh…

Victor why are you acting cute? Acting cute means more handsome?

Ok, a handsome victor kiu.

Country Patch Cafe – Kiulap.Brunei

11

May

It was supposedly a test.my.car day. So the 4 of us has decided to go test drive using the best road nearest to us. “Brunei Darussalam”. So, I gave a call to my friend, Nee, she invited us to visit her work place in Kiulap.

Honestly, this is my first time there. I really have no idea where is Kiulap, only know that it is part of Brunei and it is located near Gadong. Nee showed us the direction, and we successfully reach this little eatery place.

Country Patch Cafe. :)

My dearest friend, Ms. Kong or Chef Mini

It has been quite some time that I say I will visit her some day, and as usual the some day will become infinity, zzz.  And since today is the day, so let’s try out what my Chef Mini ’s cooking. ;)

The ambient of this cafe looks great, suits its name, Country style. I can see that the entrepreneur put lots of efforts in decorating the cafe, to make it looks more comfy. It does make me feel like my ideal home.

So let’s enter with a Happy Heart. I’m sure the combination of food and environment will make it a pleasure meal~!

From the front entrance, there’s some non-air conditioned dining place.

Equipped with tv for entertainment, and also the outlet’s newspaper review.  Oh ya, there’s free Wi-Fi also~

The decorations were collected by their entrepreneur from all over the world.
The hibiscus paint is very eye catching. She carried all the way back from Thailand.

The welcome drink, a glass of warm water which is very heart warming.

Forks and spoons were served appropriately inside a small tray.

We tried out some juices, which it looks quite tempting to us.
This is red velvet, which taste of blackcurrant.

And this,  this should be POP juice.

We have fries as our finger food. At the back,  So sour – combination of green apples and other fruits juice

I had Beef Spaghetti Carbonara

Spagethi Marinara. Fresh Seafood.  Thumbs up says Alex.

Lamb Chop for MuhHwa

Chicken Chop with Rice for ahLong

What about some Cheese Cake for appetizer?

We enter with a happy heart, and dine with a happy heart too. Laughters is the best medicine.  :)

It is because their staffs and Ms. Elyn, the entrepreneur are always friendly.
Let’s  take a look at the surrounding.

It’s full of customers although its almost 3pm.

Everyone seems so enjoying…

and chit chatting after food..

Alex and I do likes the food very much too!

MooMooland and gangs are here too

Dino also here… watching over the Tea Boxes

and the Teddy sitting there celebrating life..

Country Patch open daily from 7.30 am to 9.30 pm.
Well, its worth to try out and i know you’ll love it too.
For reservation: +673 2232368

*This is not an advert, I post this for my friend, Mee Nee. We enjoyed the meal so much. Thank you very much!
