Diet Diary with Trois : 1 week lose 3.3kg

Here I continue on what I’ve taken for Day 4 to Day 8 for the fact of losing 3.3kg.
I did not update daily here in my blog since Day 4 its because the things that I took mostly the same for the entire week. If its not egg, then it must be chicken. =)
Anyhow, let’s take a glance on my progress.

Day 4: As usual, in the morning I would prefer to take eggs. I hate heavy food, cos I remember on Day 2 I’ve taken prawn for breakfast, I’ve phobia for it since then.
Lunch: Fried Chicken from Sugarbun. I can take fried chicken, just don’t take the skin. ![]()
I would say if I dine out, most of the meal are quite expensive. This had already cost me RM7.
Dinner: Mom steamed fish. I got home late, its a bit cold, I finish half only.

Day 5: Again, eggs. Tell me how to make it more interesting, play with it?

I got myself a pack of cheese from the supermarket. My friend says if she take cheese the weight drop quite slow. I think cheese is still fattening. But hey, its allow in this program, so i don’t bother i just go ahead.

So I have cheese as appetizer in the morning.
Lunch: Vicky, yen’s mom sent me lunch box. Wah, so nice of her. She cooked mushroom with chicken and friend egg with crab meat!

Day 6. I’m trying to change a bit of the recipe.
I fried the eggs with cheese. It taste ok, but I still cannot finish 2 egg. I concluded i can’t have heavy breakfast nowadays.
Lunch: I’m pretty lazy to get out of office, so I get my colleague to buy 2 herbal eggs for me. RM2.
After one tiring working day, I reach home and mom invent some new dishes.
Steam eggs with seaweed. This is totally NONONO. Mom’s recipe failed.
Mince chicken with mushroom. A bit tasteless but better than nothing.

Of course egg again in the morning.
I have Sugarbun’s Eco Fish! RM11.20. That is too expensive for a lunch. But what to do, I can’t think of anything else to eat.
Luckily when I reach home for dinner, mom did cooked something nice for me, its fried prawns with ginger and seaweed soup.
Ok now, up to day 7.
Its been a week. Do you feel amazed with my diet meal? I think if you did not read my previous post, you must be thinking, i might be a liar, telling you I loss 3.3kg in 1 week time. Seriously, i’m not kidding. With the help of the Keto Essential drinks, it manage to burn my food intake. At the same time, it builds muscle.
I went for body measurement yesterday, my bioage drop from 47 to 45.
My weight from 76.1 drip to 72.8kg.
Believe me, its effective!![]()

This is my urine test result. Every morning I need to test, to ensure my diet program is running well, the urine test will tell me the result.
Here, I got straight pink throughout the week.

I did my own analysis at home daily, so I bought this scale from Cosway, RM85.

I’ve also taken out every packet of my Keto Powder to label it so that I won’t mix up and its easier for me to bring to work.

This is one of the thermos lunch box, borrow by Yen.
It keeps the food warm. Anyway, I did not ask my mom to cook me lunch so I rarely use it up.

So now, why do I show you eclipse?
Actually I’m in a dillemma, since sugar intake is a big NONO, what about sugar free? Its actually also a big NoNO.
But I need to clarify, in fact I did take a few candy on and off as I could smell bad breath from my own. Its really not good if you are talking to customers. Of course, I can’t take much, if very critical moments, then I can take 2. As long as I don’t overdose, the urine test would still be fine.

Continue to day 8.
I skipped my breakfast but I did take my Keto.
I think it was pretty full with Keto itself at least I’m not leaving my tummy empty.
I had my lunch at Double Star. Their pork chop with egg is so good!
Then we have side order for seaweed soup, it taste ok ok only.
And it was my first time I took snack in between meals, around 4pm we went for tea time. We had chicken wings! It was so oily, but I still dare to eat.I feel guilty for eating that up, although I only had 1 chicken wing. In the end, I didn’t take dinner. But I went to Starbucks with my friends. Omg, what can i drink in Starbucks? Once again, I break the rules, I ordered Passion Lemon Tea. I am not supposed to drink sweetened beverage and also soury. I feel bad. Real bad.
As I thought I should be failed in this morning’s urine test, but hey~! I passed it!
Omg, it should let me fail so that I would regret for what I did and would not ever repeat again. Now, from Day 9 onwards, I worry I might not be so obedient anymore… hahah.. What do you think?
Let’s not be so happy first for the first 3.3kg. The path is still long to go. And according to the adviser, they said the weight will drop fast in first box as it was the balancing progress. Once you are over this step, the weight will drop slowly. Sigh….. the journey is too long…. help me please~~~~~
