When there’s a begining, there’s always an ending
It’s the Final night of the Borneo Cultural Festival 2008 and I went to give a speech for the closing ceremony. Wakaka, I mean a speech at the toilet of RH Hotel.
I was there with Mr. Poh and then later meet up with another Mr.Poh.
Darling and I went to the trade fair for food hunting.

I hunted Kacang Putih, not mistaken I bought it too during the Opening Ceremony.

MrPoh bought Chicken Wings.. but it’s tasteless.

I’m so excited to see the famous Pasar Malam’s kebab or FERI KEBAB.
When i took picture of them, they are like so friendly.. I like it!! Not like some stall, restrict me to take photos! Then the lady owner says “I dah biasa 9 hari ini.. dah glamour”.. Yalar.. Imagine there’s so many journalists around, and those pro and lousy blogger like me also take pictures, really can get immune of the camera.
Shifting direction to the townsquare for Chinese food.. and who knows i bumped into HIM!

It’s LIEW!! He’s back from KCH.
The guy who say will look for me when he is free.. but never turn up until now.
Then…. I saw some tall tall people walking around…

These are one of the Chinese Tradition, I’m not sure the main purpose and story behind this practice, but it’s so fun. So I stop and took photo with them. They are like doing a parade show, by just walking around.

To my surprise, one of them touch me on my shoulder and even can shout my name. When I have a clearer look, OMG, she’s my friend, ahXiao!

The Mitsu Tea House owners are here to help! So hardworking man!

To show my support to them.. I bought foochow fishballs and buns.
I knew one of the owner of Mitsu, and *hint hint* they might be considering open a stall at Delta Mall. Hehe.. and *hint hint* their 100yen shop is going to open soon at LOT9- opposite Delta Mall by September 08.

There’s a photography exhibition held at BCF.
My 6th sense told me, I might get something unexpected there.
Guess what!?
My dad’s photography are exhibit there!
Proud to be my dad’s daughter.
The event is getting crowder by 8pm. Traffic was totally jammed. There’s lots of event running on the stage. Singing, Dancing, and unfinish SPEECH TALKS. So we proceed to meet up another MR Poh and gang at the Melanau Stalls. Obviously, the alcoholic was there to enjoy the Tuak!

HB was there with Eddy and Eddy’s nephew.
Here comes the XY chromosome of the day!!!
Eddy is super hillarious and cute!

To my surprise, EDDY is 100% pure Siburian!!!
He said, ” I’m born and breed here! =.=”’ ”
Nice to meet you , Eddy
We made a move by 8.30pm.

But the move isn’t success! Our car was blocked by some stupid people. They are really uncivlized people!!! How can you simply parked and blocked other’s people car! How am i suppose to get out of there!
But stupid culprit deserves for something BAD!!!

The car was obviously newly scratched!
Meaning to that, we are not the only victim!
I am good citizen so I deserves something good. God sends an angel to solve the problem. Another car owner came just in time when we are calling for SOS. See, i told you, good people will deserves for something better. We made the turn and get out of that parking area.

And get stuck in the jam again for quite sometime.
That’s the end of the BCF 2008. It was much more organized compared to last year. I hope they will do even better next year and gain more crowds to Sibu.
See you all again at 2009!!!!
dd=.=bb,

I remember squeezing among sea of people. nice BCF though. glad you enjoy yours.
I didn’t see you yesterday. It has been a really hard time yesterday as my sister and I had separated from our family. You know lah, lots of people are there. I tried to call my father but the stupid Celcom is so busy. At last, we meet up at a stall there.

Anyway, I missed the tall people. I didn’t see them. Heard a Lion Dance going on but couldn’t get through the crowd. Managed to get a video of the people doing the performance who’s going to be at RWMF too.

The Phantom of The Opera performance was quite amazing even though the “Phantom” had some serious pronunciation mistakes. Are the performers from SMK Methodist?
