Best staff award goes to Priscilla Goh Yik Hui

I’m not sure if Air Asia do have such award given to their most attentive and aggressive staff or not. If yes, definitely I would really like to recommend my good friend, Priscilla as one of the candidate. At least credits should goes to her.
Honestly, we’ve been hearing lots of bad things of how bad how poor was the attitude of the Air Asia staffs, but hey, try to put yourself in their shoes, you will definitely know how it feels!

Priscilla Goh Yik Hui – base in Miri Station.
How attentive she is?
First of all, she is a good leader. What are a good leader should do? Gain the maximum profits for the company with the minimum cost expense.
How aggressive she is?
She will always remember to charge any single cents for the excess baggage. No face given.
Of course from the customer points, the staffs sounds wicked, but hey, once again, they are just working for their boss, Datuk Tony Fernandes.

Datuk Tony Fernandes
That is why, it is “kesian” to be on the front line. Everyday got free saliva mask on the face. So next time, if you have anything wants to complain, kindly write to “guestsupport@airasia.com” or you can add Tony Fernandes from your facebook too! Shh… dun tell everyone that he’s already added me as friend ah!!
She’s really a good staff, that she can clearly define the boudary between work and personal things. Whenever i need a proper information about Air Asia, she would be explaining patiently how does it works, procedures taken so that we don’t face difficulties. But talk of “tolong sikit” she is really strict. Even you are her bf also no give face. Work is work. That’s her!
No wonder Air Asia can be so successful, that’s because they’ve employed many many talented staffs such as Priscilla.
