So here comes the Day 2 review.
The first 2 days of Keto diet only allow me to eat fish, prawn and eggs.
My mom says its better for me to have hot food in the morning, that is why she steam the prawns with ginger in the morning. Haha, I have such a heavy breakfast.
My mom just steam it with some ginger and little soy sauce but Keto diet does not allow me to take ginger, also NO NO to the sauce. I can just plainly eat the prawn.
I had my breakfast around 9am. Normally I do not have appetite in the morning, hence I only eat half of this.
I had my 2nd Keto Powder around 1pm. But due to my appointment with my hair stylist, so I didn’t have chance to take my lunch.
Oh ya, I’ve cut my hair short! Very Short!
Reach home around 4pm. My tummy is calling my name, Goolooloo!
I am so hungry, so I took 2 eggs at one go.
Still, my tummy feeling empty. But I try to drink more water.
I’ll feel thirsty from time to time, and it force me to consume more water. Hence it makes me keep going to the loo!
Around 6pm. I can’t stand for the hunger, I take 3rd Keto Powder and finish up my prawns.
I think the intake for my Day2 were a bit less. I feel hungry again night, but I force myself to drink plain water again.
I did manage to poo for 2 times. This is quite healthy, at least I eat, it burn and outputted. But the best way to kill the hunger feeling is try to get more things to do on hand then you’ll forget. That is why I started to play Facebook Game again.
