Diet Diary with Trois : Day 1

Its really not an easy task when we aim to lose weight. Like what I said in my previous post, its really depends on my self discipline and determinations. Of course at the same time, the weight management programme would play the biggest role.
So let’s see how is the Day 1 progress of my slimming programme.
I wake up around 7.30am and drink a big glass of water.
7.50am I prepare the Keto Powder and shake it with 250ml of plain water. I didn’t add ice or cold water as I think its a bit too early for cold drinks.

The first pack of Keto Powder is the Green Color. It taste like Chocolate Mint. Smell good, and compare to other slimming product, this taste much more better!

Its very easy to shake, not like Herbalife , normally it cant easily dissolve in water unless I blend it.

My 1st meal after 30minutes of drinking Keto.
Mom ready 2 half boiled egg for me. I’m not a big fans of yolk, I definitely would vomit if I eat this repeatedly!

However, as it was my first day, I worry I will be hungry in the middle of work, so I boil another 2 extra eggs.

While mom help me to prepare Prawn Omelet for lunch.

My cat wants to have Trois as well! Keep on MiaoMiao-ing there..

The omelet is almost ready! Yeah… my mom really have a good skill in cooking. Hehe

So this is the homemade omelet with lots of Prawns!

Ive get ready my cute orangie lunch box, that’s gonna be my lunch!

So back to my room, I took a picture of myself. Really shameful that I am so fat! Sigh..

12.10 pm . 2nd glass of Keto I took it at my work place. I add on 1cube of ice.

This time I had the Brown Keto with me, it taste like Chocolate too! Not much difference compare to the green one.

At 1pm, I took my prawn omelet. Maybe its a bit too oily, and the portion too much, I can’t finish it. Wasted!

6pm. 3rd Keto. Alternate back to the Green one.

7pm. Ding Ding ding, Dinner time.
Mom send me dinner, its steam eggs and fried fish.
Again, I ate half of it only. Did not finish it all.
To summarize,that’s the progress of Day 1.
I drink more than 3ltr of plain water. I keep going to pee, running to toilet non stop. Other than this, I do not have any other symptoms. So far so good. I keep waiting for the output session, but the tummy only start discomfort in the midnight. Meaning that the output only happen on Day 2.

dropping by…..that’s rather lots of egg intake from the numerous meals you’re having. Fried fish is a definite no no.
you need to add in vigorous workout sessions. just rely on the powder wont actually work. even if it reduced weight, it’s only water weight you lost.
