Kokoberry Opening Day

KokoBerry is here today in SIBU to say HAROOOOOOOOO to everyone!
I’ve been very eager to know the response during my opening day, and to my surprise, the Kokoberry brand is very popular among Sibu populations. Its kind of “high” when people ask is this the “very nice beverage that available in MIRI as well?” .. So at the same time i reply with a big smile and say “YES“!
Its great to see the crowd queuing for order.
I do have some nearby early birds come and join members, and reserve some order cos they knew we might be busy later on. Yeah, that is correct, cos it’s the first day, everything are still new and we are still picking up. That’s also a reason, we are kind of “slow” for serving. Please forgive us, we will try our best to improve and serve you better.
If you are a great kokoberry fans, why not be a member today and enjoy all the member’s privilege? Its only RM5 anyway.. and you get back the value which is more than RM5.

Other than serving more than 100 types of beverages, you do get something to bite too! We have this Crepes that come in crispy bites of peanuts, cheezy, hazelnut chocolate or chocolate chips! Come and have a try, its only RM2.80 for a big piece!

Not much picture taken actually, but i do met up great bunch of new customers, and also some existing customers. To my surprise, i met these few guys, Gabriel, Mary and Kelvin. And after some chit chat they are sixthseal’s member. Oh well, Sibu, as expected you can easily bump into someone out of your expectations. The Mary in the picture are so much prettier than the Mary who blogs here. =.=”’

tried your cocoberry. my comments:
# the drink was not entirely as exciting as you have put it.
# the price is way too expensive for the way it tasted.
# remember, pricing don’t always comes from the cost of raw materials – it is how the customer perceive the quality of your product and them compare it with what they get in actual.
# try creating a survey form for your customers – see how they react. their input is priceless!
# do you know the drinks can be suited with mood?
# the mood for hot sunny days and cold rainy days is totally different!
# when it comes to dealing with taste, a half spoon of too much sugar, and a half spoon too little tea powder can ruin the whole blending!
# try tasting the product yourself, with many blending concentration.
# recipes in instruction book is a dead document – your tongue is alive.
# do you think your berry flavor tea really taste like berry?
# if not, any idea how to improve that?
# change, change and change till you get it right!
# you need an effective queuing system at the store.
# orders taken must have a proper processing system – which comes first, which comes next, so on and so forth.
# anyone controlling the ordering and delivery? else anyone can order and process and delivery at their own preference?
# customers who are queuing must be given a proper waiting system.
# can you keep them entertained with something else? rather than watching you all running up and down rushing for EVERYTHING?
# they will have their own judgement on your efficiency…
# you can try having some instant games at counter for waiting customers – or just magazines.
# your store is a bit too open – i.e. why would you think people want to watch how your crepes are being made?
# if so, how to make cooking it a show presentation for customers?
# the way it was cooked currently is disgusting, with the batter material scooped too much onto the hot plate and over-flowing down at the side… yucks!
# if the statements above too hurtful, just ignore – was only enjoying the complaining process.
# MY PREDICTION: you won’t last till December’08 – dare to prove me wrong?

Somehow, can i just ignore your PREDICTION part? Cos it seems like you are cursing me more than any compliment.

Do you ever wonder who is the young boy who used Alexallied.com’s Kokoberry coupon the other day? That was me! I will be expecting to use the coupon on the last day of the coupon’s validity. You said that I pronounced your nickname precisely, how about the others pronounce your nickname? Goonloonloon? Can you extend the coupon’s validity? Thanks!
