The Mid-Autumn Festival is getting nearer, it will falls on the 14th of September 2008 (Next Sunday), which is the 15th of the 8th lunar moon. Yes, every Chinese will be celebrating it with having a big feast and kids will have good time with the lanterns.Errrr.. I will be playing with lantern too!!

Jelly Mooncake (Ribena Flavour)

For me, Other than Chinese new year celebration, the mooncake festival is a very not to be missed celebration. As I mention of Thanksgiving, lots of Chinese have the tradition to send mooncake as a gift during this festive. Haha.. Show the greediness of me… I’m looking for double yolk lotus paste mooncake!!!!

My bro’s friend, sending 2 special homemade Jelly Mooncake for my bro.

I can see from most of the supermarket have set up booths for the Mooncakes Bazaar. You can see varieties of brand, type and flavours. However,the packings for the mooncakes are always very unique, which the packing do the selling at the very first point. But hey.. have you ever receive mooncakes in such a packing??

But hey…….. goolooloo have some buying tips for all of you. Which I do it every year! Kekeke.. But its only applicable in MIRI only. Go to Boulevard Hypermarket, on the 15th September 2008 (Monday), make sure you go early.. cos all the mooncakes will be 50% off straight, and you can choose the boxes as you like!!!  Hehehe.. This is aunty practices la.. Even if I buy 1 piece I dare to request for the box. Hahahhaa..but seriously the pricing for mooncakes are really unaffordable lo! So people like me, can only go for half price mooncakes. Wakakkakaak.. Hopefully they will still be doing it this year, else I can’t grab the nice nice boxes.
