I bet I’m just too busy lately, I can’t have a proper sleep, and too much things happened at my work place which caused most of the thing in a mess, kelam kabut.

Anyway, one of my ex worker was found guilty in stealing, err… should say smuggle-ing the company money and was caught and police case was filed. How worst is the case going on im not very sure, but there’s malay proverb, “setinggi tinggi tupai melompat, akhirnya jatuh ke lantai juga.” It apply exactly on her. In fact she could be an Oscar Award winner. Hmm..

Today again, I met up another customer who is a TEACHER! wow… Madam… speak fluent english, carrying a “carlo rino” handbag.. hmm, coming to pay her celcom bill. Everything was so fine, until she start asking me question.

“Can i pay my bill at post office?” I replied, “Ya”.

Then the war started, she asked me which part of the bill will the Post Office needed? I directly told her that I have no idea, IN A VERY POLITE WAY.. she is then again, start to mumble at me, saying I should know. I once again tell her, I’m not working at the Post Office. She is so unsatisfied that I can’t get her an answer and start scolding me. WTF!!!!

I smiled at her and I said,

“Sorry madam, I really don’t know what the post office need as I’m not working there”. She start to scold me again , say “You are too sensitive!”.

I told her there’s no point to scold me as I don’t have the answer, yet the procedure that we are doing here is different…. and the last word she gave me is,


” You should know, but you don’t know anything”.

I’ve fed up with this kind of customer, can’t scold her back in front of her, but rant here. Cilaka betul this kind of people. Hence I go check her details,OMG, I found out that she’s actually my neighbour! WTF once again!!! HAHAHA.. this kind of people staying at the same neighbourhood of mine. I’m gonna throw bomb to her house tonight, *only If i have a bomb la*..

The moral of the story is.. The world is so small. Don’t be so arrogant to any of the customer service, you are here to seek help, so you should be polite, so that the customer service will be co-operating with you. I bet she never expect I’m the owner of this place, and she never expect I’m her neighbour some more!!! I might be anytime letting all my 7 doggies shitting infront of her house!!! LOT 156!!! I’m coming tonight!!! Grrrrr…. Waahahhahahahaaha… take your time to wash dog shit la!!!!

Oh ya, just some update from my last credit card ah long post, it has been settled. The interest will be waived but dunno when.. I went to the nearest Alliance Bank for their assistance and have a nice chat with the Customer Service officer, Ms Sim. I can understand very well, if you talk nicely things gonna solve easier. What do you think? But sometime it happened another way out.. when I talk nicely to the customer service, they are like so unwilling to entertain us. “sik kena layan”… hai.. life life life.. that is why I’m ranting here today.

Time to work again, I got so much things to follow up.. and yet…my gold coast trip is just around the corner! Everything is not ready yet! Grrr…..
