The bright morning should be hearing some bird chirping, but what i heard is my mom yelling my name, forcing me to go work on time. =.=  Anyhow, I’m already at work now, its almost lunch time.. I havent taken lunch.. tummy is calling my name too.. Grrr….

Awww… I miss the yummilicious Chicken Porridge that I had last night.

We were suppose to have this food hunt on Sunday night, but who knows it ended up not open, hence we change location to Pong’s cafe. Anyway, I went there again last night to try my luck again. Hahaha.. fortunately its open and there’s a table left for 2 of us.

And of course the main dish, Chicken Porridge.

It’s been quite sometime I haven’t taste the local favourite dish.  Their chicken porridge is very well known, the very old brand in MIRI. Everyone sure know about the popular Chicken Porridge, but the main problem is to get a seat though! But we managed!

Someone thought I must be going out with a guy, sorry la hor, I’m going out with dear HuiLee. She’s so kind enough to come pick me in the rain, and we bump into Elaine and Adela too! What a small small world.

Although they are very popular, somehow, not many people would actually purposely come for their porridge. Main reason, there is limited parking space around the open air market. The 2nd reason, there’s lots of Mickey gang around the floor. So, you might think of the hygieness. Honestly, my bf know me well, he know i hate to see dirty places… but for me its still acceptable to eat at open air, as long as u don’t hunt for the Mickey! Com’n la.. go eat see the porridge ma.. who ask you to see the Mickey! Duh!

It’s good to have some healthy light meal.
